DART and Legal Advocacy Program Manager

Provides crisis intervention, information, and referral services to and for victims of domestic violence. Coordinates these services with civil and criminal justice systems, and other appropriate agencies. Provides training and support for volunteers and support staff in each program.

Domestic Violence Resource Navigator

Develop and implement a network of support for victims and survivors of domestic violence (DV) and intimate partner abuse in Weld and Larimer counties via a coordinated access approach. Develop processes and procedures with which this integrated network, including Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agencies and other community partners, works to assist victims and survivors. Provides advocacy, and community resource referrals for victims and survivors, and supports those with housing needs by providing housing stabilization resources, assistance with the needed documentation to ensure housing readiness, and completing Coordinated Entry Assessments when appropriate.

Part-time Bilingual Advocate

The purpose of the Crossroads Safehouse Part Time Bilingual Advocate is to provide crisis intervention, information, referrals, advocacy, and emotional support on a regular basis by phone and in-person communication to residential and non-residential clients, including crisis hotline callers and walk-ins with an emphasis on Spanish monolingual and Spanish bilingual clients.
